SoulArt® Class-

Express yourself with ABANDON!!!!!!! No artistic ability required
(artists are requested to use non-dominant hand : ) ). I
decided that I need to do SoulArt—a process I developed 15 years or so
ago. I need to do it to try to see things from a different
perspective, loosen up, have fun, break out of the old stuff.
SoulArt involves painting with water color on 18”x24’ paper. One
takes a brush or two or three and chooses several different colors and
starts just allowing pa int
to flow on the paper with no particular design in mind—just let the
heart lead.
Come Release Your Creativity --
Yes you are creative!!!! No need for
conscious artistic ability. You just choose colors of tempera paint,
some brushes and let the paint flow on to the paper. You might be
surprised what you have expressed. $45 includes all materials.

Reiki 1—TBA
Reiki means “energy of
the Universal Life Force, energy of God, energy of the Source”.
Reiki 1 is an exciting introduction to energy healing in general. It is
simple to learn, however powerful to use. This first class teaches you
to do Reiki on yourself and others from a beginning standpoint. There
are 3 or 4 levels depending on your path. Reiki is used in hospitals
(mostly north of DC and at VCU where energy healing is actually taught
in the medical school). Its primary use, from my perspective, is as a
daily rejuvenator and stress reducer in addition to serving as a
complementary treatment for illness if needed.

held in my

Wednesdays.
Please call for date and times
You can bring a friend if you like. It is a great
opportunity to give and receive Reiki. One person lies on the table
while the rest work on her/him for 10 minutes or so--great
energy!!!! RSVP to this e-mail if you would like to form a class.
