SoulArt® Class
SoulArt® is a
process designed for no-artists and artists alike that involves painting
from the subconscious. Through the use of guided meditation followed by
painting, you are free to express feelings and thoughts using color and
undefined forms. After the painting time, there is a discussion of your
experience and interpretation

you are creative!!!! No need for conscious artistic ability. You just
choose colors of tempera paint, some brushes and let the paint flow on
to the paper. You might be surprised what you have expressed. $45
includes all materials.
